Primaselva was designed to offer an exclusive experience to its homeowners, so all our apartments have luxury finishes such as marble floors, wooden closets, kitchen island made with high-end imported materials, oven, stove and moisture-proof walls. Do PrimaSelva houses (towers) have elevators?

Each house (tower) has an elevator, which is large enough for you to have plenty of space and the capacity is up to 10 persons.

When is the delivery date?

The first delivery phase for PrimaSelva apartments is scheduled for 2021.

The first tower of apartments which is Casa Flamenco and the first PrimaSelva amenity which is the palafitos will be delivered in December 2021.

In June 2022, Casa Jaguar will be completed along with the PrimaSelva Casa Club, the river and the waterfall that flows into the Casa Club's main pool.

In April 2024, Casa Faisan will be completed which is the third apartment tower of PrimaSelva.

Is parking available?

Each PrimaSelva apartment has 2 parking lots, plus a cellar on the same story of your apartment. For more information, please contact our agents.

Are there any maintenance fees?

In PrimaSelva we charge a single fee that gives you access to both PrimaSelva and Cabo Norte amenities.
